Mannam Memorial Residential Public School has been established in 2001, under the management of Mannam Memorial Charitable Society. It is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to education, social welfare and cultural development. The secretary of the Society is the Manager of the school. It has been formed by fifty-five persons from all walks of life who are dedicated to upholding the ideals of Bharata Kesari Sri. Mannathu Padmanabhan, the great founder of the Nair Service Society.

Sri. K. Ravindranathan Nair, leading industrialist and renowned personality in all walks of life is the lifetime chairman of our society. The main school building is located in a calm and beautiful campus at Valathungal one KM south of Thattamala H.S.S Junction. The 2.6-acre area of the campus houses the school building, a beautiful garden, children’s park and science museum for KG section, parking area and a vast playground to refresh its children to maintain sound body and health. Far from the madding crowd, the school is profound with natural beauty, gives a proper, calm and tranquil atmosphere for serious academic pursuits and for recreational and cultural activities.
